By signing up for The Tale Cafe app or online menu, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.

2. Ordering & Payments

Menu items and pricing are subject to change based on availability. Payments are processed securely at the time of order. We do not store sensitive payment card data on our servers.

3. Cancellations

Because our coffee and food are prepared fresh to order, cancellations cannot be made once an order has been accepted and moved to the "In Preparation" stage.

4. Loyalty Points

Points earned through our "Tale Rewards" program have no cash value and may expire after 12 months of inactivity. We reserve the right to modify the rewards structure at any time.

5. Data Privacy

We collect your information to process orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data. You may receive promotional emails from us, which you can opt-out of at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Tale Cafe is not liable for technical issues with the app, delivery delays caused by third parties, or service interruptions beyond our control.
